It has been revealed that a pastor who said the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando “got what they deserved” has been found guilty on molestation charges.

Kenneth Adkins has been found guilty on eight molestation charges for a sexual relationship with a 15 year old boy and girl from his church. Furthermore, because Adkins’ had a prior record, and due to Georgia’s minimum sentencing laws, he may never be a free man again.

Adkins made headlines after the June 2016 shooting at the Pule nightclub in Orlando when he tweeted that he had “been through so much with these Jacksonville homosexuals that I don’t see none of them as victims. I see them as getting what they deserve!!”

Adkins said that he was surprised about the verdict against him and maintained his innocence despite evidence to the contrary.
